Host someone, earn credits, spend them elsewhere. Nobody has to want your city at the same moment.

Propose a direct swap or request with credits. Message first, settle dates and handover together.
Keys, codes and house notes arrive in the app. Both sides review afterwards.
Before anyone gets a key
Handing over a working shop is not the same as lending a flat. Every member clears the same checks.
Membership
Verification, the agreement templates, support during an exchange and dispute mediation.
One annual fee. Exchanges themselves are free, whether direct or with credits.
Not a sublet, not a rental listing and not a fee per night. Nobody is a landlord here.

No. Credits exist so you can host one member and travel to another.
Your guest runs their own project in the space. Most hosts leave a note in the window explaining the exchange.
The signed agreement covers condition and liability, and we mediate if the two of you cannot settle it.
